One of our core competences is the production of complex laminated wooden shapes, such as frames, seats or other figures in many different shapes and sizes up to 1250 x 2500 mm.

We implement the entire process, that is from sketch to CAD-CAM model, prototype and production. Our setup is best suited for production runs from 1 to 100 pieces.

The molds are manufactured in our own workshop for both 2D and 3D subjects. Our presses can press 80 tons from the top and 2x40 tons from the sides, allowing for very large spans.

The glue can either be an exterior or an interior type according to customer preferences, and of course, also the type of wood is selected in accordance with the intended purpose.
We use ordinary veneer and 3D veneer as required.

Molded door frames are manufactured in standard and individual dimensions according to customer requests.

We also have experience within the area of special furniture for different purposes as can be seen in the photos above.
For this type of products, We can develop the prototypes and we can also perform the real life production.
Materials could be wood, possibly varnished, or laminates, compact laminates, MDF, acrylic, Corian or ....... lots of possibilities.

CNC milling

Our CMS KARAT CNC milling machine performs 3D as well as Nested milling.

This machine is equipped with 2 independent milling heads, one is a 5 axle while the other is a 4 axle.

The total work area is 6250 x 2200 x 450 mm, divided into 2 independent vacuum tables each 3100 x 2200 mm; thus it can perform synchronous milling of different objects.

We can mill in many different materials, like wood. MDF, laminate, compact laminate, Corian and various other combinations.

We deliver:

Completely finished and jointed Teak deck made to customer supplied template in length up to 20 meter.

Special projects, such as Teak floors for bathrooms and terraces etc.

Teaklists, sealants etc. are also sold separately.
